Here are just a few of the many benefits from each of our practices. Buti tones and strengthens muscles through cardio bursts during the 30-60 minute classes. Belly Dance provides core training and posture improvement. Yoga helps calm the mind and also protect the spin.

Qigong utilizes the body, the breath, and the mind to glide into flow state. An all levels class, we will learn to awaken and open the energetic lines of the body through movement and meditation. This class is led by Benjamin Norton.

Flow is a vigorous class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner. Linking movement with the breath is a primary focus. Beginners are welcome and will be encouraged to pace themselves and focus on mastering the basic poses before moving onto the more complex poses.
First time taking a yoga class or want to visit the basics before moving to flow? Have some injuries that require you to take it slow while moving? Or just afraid of yoga in general? If so, this is your class! This class will give you the tools and modifications for a happy and safe yoga journey.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

Come flow slow with us. This class is focused on taking you through a slow flow that will allow time to instruct you through the foundational yoga poses. Warrior 1, Warrior 2, lets dig deep in this water themed flow.

Water governs our emotions and creative expression, and when this element is balanced it allows us to find more fluidity in every aspect of our lives. In this class we will explore creative transitions and more freedom of movement within postures, to help you move past fears, judgements, and expectations, and to surrender more fully to the flow.
Dive into a deep space of surrender through a sound drenched yin yoga class. Nourish the body and create more openness through deep, slow postures accompanied by soothing sounds. Journey to your inner landscape, relax into surrender, and open the doors to the insights you hold within.

This class will introduce the foundational movements of BUTI and will provide a breakdown of the movements to music. Buti® classes utilize spiral structure technique® to facilitate the release + toning of the body - physical, emotional and energetic.
This class takes your Buti workout to the next level. All of the foundational movements mixed into an hour-long class. HIIT style, High Intensity Interval Training, workout that will get your heart-rate pumping. The music playlist determines the movement during this improvisational class, aimed to help you lose thought through music and concentrate on the movements in the moment.

This class will access your inner belly dance goddess. We will visit the basic foundation movements of belly dance and explore those movements to music. This is a beginner class and all levels are welcome!

Want to perform with us? This is a 10-week series that will take the foundational belly dance movements and incorporate them into a choreography to a specific song. This class will end with a performance at the EveryButi Welcome studio. All levels welcomed, but we encourage you to take either Belly Dance 101 or Belly Dance 1 Hour with this class.

EcoNIDRA™ is a branch of the yoga nidra tree, where Shavasana meets nature connection. Imagine yourself laying down on your back and being guided on a series of journeys through your senses, body and the Earth. Your guide will verbally lead you through nature-based visualizations and soundscapes. Your mind, emotions and body are relaxing in such a deep way that you may feel more refreshed than after a couple of hours of sleep.
