This class will introduce the foundational movements of BUTI and will provide a breakdown of the movements to music. Buti® classes utilize spiral structure technique® to facilitate the release + toning of the body - physical, emotional and energetic.

All of the basic movements reviewed with more time to drill, since we have an hour. This class will access your inner belly dance goddess. We will visit the basic foundation movements of belly dance and explore those movements to music. This is a beginner class and all levels are welcome!
